Make the donation to Komen using the on-line options.  You can get directly to my personal Susan G. Komen for the Cure page via this link:  http://www.The3Day.org/goto/shirleyernst

Make the donation directly to Komen using the telephone option.  Call 800-996-3329 to donate over the phone.  Just give them my name and they will put it on my walk.

If neither of these options work for you, make the check out to Susan G. Komen 3-day and send it to me at 30 Balazs Road, Willington, CT 06279 and I will send it in for you.  (Be sure to include your address and e-mail address too.) 

If your employer matches funds you can get information on how to double your contribution.  The link below will get you the information, or direct you to someone who can help you do that.

 However you choose to donate, e-mail me at donate@crochet4thecure.com to let me know what you have donated and which critter or item you would like me to gift you.  I will need your address, phone number and e-mail address so that I can contact you.  Once the Komen folks notify me of the donation, I will arrange to get your gift to you.
